Sustainable restoration

Mosquito has always been concerned about sustainability and the protection of the environment. The flour we use to make our dumplings and noodles is organic and local. Many of the vegetables we serve come from Aurora del Camp, an organic vegetable farm, located less than 20 km from Barcelona. In addition to using ecological ingredients we also make many of our products in our kitchens, such as daifuku, mochis and all our soups. We also sell many craft products from other suppliers such as craft beers and truffles.

For all these reasons (and more!), we decided to go forward and join the Sustainable Restaurants Association: a non-profit association whose objective is to gather professionals and restaurants who agree with the principles of sustainability in the restaurant business and particulary those restaurants who can make savings through economical, social and enviromental management of their businesses.
